This is a video about our school, Lundarskóli.

Hello everybody. This week we have themeweek here in Lundarskóli. Its just 8-10th grade. On monday it was fancy day, then we came in fancy clothes like f.ex. dresses, skirts, suits, shirts. Tuesday it was 80's theme. Not many came in 80's clothes, there is not many who has 80's clothes. On wednesday we have Hip hop day! Many kids wear basketballshirts, Adidas clothes, and with caps. The photo we took is on the hip hop day. On thirsday its Rock and Roll theme! We go in shorts, leather and boots f.ex. On friday we have cozyday. Then we come in the coziest clothes that we have, many kids come in pajamas or cozyjumpsuits. On friday is our yearly dance. Then girls come in their dresses and the boys in suits and eat togheter and after that is dance ball. It is very fun week.

There are 2 football clubs in Akureyri named K.A and Þór, K.A is  in second league and Þór in the First and the ,first league is called Pepsi league. The icelandic tournament start at summer and end at autum.

Handball club Akureyri was created the year 2006 and they are one of the best teams in the whole country.

Basketball team is called Þór and they are in group B in there league in Iceland. basketball is only played in iceland on the winter.

Golf:On August 19, 1935 met 27 people in the meeting house Skjaldborg Akureyri, in order to establish the Akureyri Golf Club. We who today enjoy the benefits of their vision and hard work will undoubtedly think of them and there's nothing for you but to be filled with admiration for the struggle for initiating golf sport to honor here in town. Gunnar Schram was voted the first president of Akureyri Golf Club Golf Course and the first 6 holes Gleráreyrum.

Skiing:Akureyri is the host of the one biggest skiing event of the year on Iceland and the tournament name is Andresar andar leikarnir in icelandic and in english donald duck tournament.

Gymnasticks:there are information about gymnasticks here at www.fimak.is And there is one girl in our class who practise it.

On last friday we tasted the candy that you sent to us. It tasted very good.   We liked the haribo gummybears from Germany best :) Last days we have been working at the website. We have been taking videos and pictures in all grades. In next week is our yearly ball its like prom, but guys dont invite girls to the dance. There are food for 8-10 grade and we vote for King and Queen in 10th grade, Prince and Princess 9th grade, And Mr and Mrs 8th grade.

We got Liselotte the duck and she is very beautiful :) We took a very cute picture of her. We are taking a good care of her and we think that she's having a good time with us.

In november we opened the gifts that you sent to us. We shot some videos, and we will post them later. We liked the gifts very much, they were all very beautiful and fun to open. Thank you all very much.  We wanted to show the whole school the gifts so we put them in locker so all of the kids in the school could se them. Here to left we have photo of the locker.
